{"id":451,"date":"2025-01-07T11:14:12","date_gmt":"2025-01-07T11:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hotel.camping.care\/?page_id=451"},"modified":"2025-01-07T11:17:27","modified_gmt":"2025-01-07T11:17:27","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hotel.camping.care\/de\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li>Customer is prohibited to use the Services to violate Dutch or other regulation that Customer or Camping.care is subject to, or to violate rights of others.<\/li>\n<li>Camping.care prohibits that the Services are used to publish or disseminate Materials (whether they are lawful or not) that:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>are evidently intended to support others to violate rights of third-parties, such as website containing (exclusively or predominantly) hacktools or explanations of cybercrimes that is evidently intended to enable the reader to execute the described criminal activities (and not to defend himself against such);<\/li>\n<li>are evidently libelous, slanderous, abusive, racist, discriminatory or inciting hatred;<\/li>\n<li>contain child pornography or bestiality pornography or are evidently intended to help other find such materials;<\/li>\n<li>constitute a violation of the privacy of third parties, which also includes the dissemination of personal data of third parties without any permission or necessity and the approaching of third parties with unsollicited communication;<\/li>\n<li>contain hyperlinks, torrents or references to (places containing) materials that evidently infringe copyrights, neighbouring rights or portrait rights;<\/li>\n<li>contain unsollicited commercial, charitable or idealistic communication;<\/li>\n<li>contain malware such as virusses or spyware.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>The dissemination of pornographic Materials using the Services is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Customer shall refrain from hindering other customers and internet users or harming the systems or networks of Camping.care or other customers. Customer is prohibited to execute processes or programs, whether or not through the systems of Camping.care, of which Customer knows or should reasonably know that these may cause damage or hindrance to Camping.care, its customers or internet users.<\/li>\n<li>If according to Camping.care hindrance, damage or other dangers arise to the functioning of the systems or networks of Camping.care or third parties and\/or service delivery through the internet, Camping.care shall be entitled to take all measures that it reasonably deems necessary to ward off or prevent such danger. More specifically, such danger may exist of excessive transmission of e-mails or other data, denial-of-service attacks, poorly secured systems or activities of virusses, Trojans or similar software. Camping.care may recoup the costs reasonably associated with these measures from Customer, if Customer can be reproached with the cause.<\/li>\n<li>If Camping.care receives a complaint on violation of this Article by Customer, or if Camping.care establishes that there is such violation, Camping.care shall notify Customer of such complaint or violation as soon as possible. Customer shall respond as soon as possible, after which Camping.care shall decide how to deal with it. In exceptional cases, where the complainer has requested not to forward the complaint to Customer or Camping.care established that the violation is evident, Camping.care is not obliged to forward the complaint.<\/li>\n<li>If Camping.care establishes that there is a violation, it shall block access to the Material(s) concerned, without removing the Material(s) definitely (if this proves technically impossible, Camping.care shall create a backup). Camping.care shall make efforts to not affect other Materials in that process. Camping.care shall notify Customer on the taken measures as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<li>At all times, Camping.care shall be entitled to report any detected illegal activities.<\/li>\n<li>Although Camping.care aspires to act in the most reasonable, careful and adequate way after complaints about Customer, Camping.care shall never be obliged to compensate any damages resulting from the measures taken in the context of this Article.<\/li>\n<li>Customer is allowed to resell the Services, but only bundled with or as part its own products or services without disclosing the name of Camping.care as supplier or subcontractor. Customer shall indemnify Camping.care from any claims from Customer\u2019s customers. Camping.care is also entitled to take measures in the context of this Article for violations of these General Terms and Conditions by Customer\u2019s own customers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Customer is prohibited to use the Services to violate Dutch or other regulation that Customer or Camping.care is subject to, or to violate rights of others.
